SHIPPING INFORMATION

Local Delivery and Worldwide Delivery 

We provide at the present time a local (Cyprus) delivery service. Shortly we will be offering an international service.

Please note that at present we work with the following company for our local (Cyprus) delivery service: AKIS EXPRESS.

 Alternative delivery or pick up method can be agreed via telephone upon placing the order.

Delivery within Cyprus is Free, but at the moment unfortunately we do not offer free returns so this will be at the customer's expense. 

When We Deliver

We do not deliver on weekends and Cyprus public holidays.

Please note that we do not deliver to post office boxes.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Know your rights:

All returns must be sent to: PLANTATION Boutique 79 Makarios III Ave. 1070, Nicosia, CYPRUS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return. 

Communicate your request via e mail within 7 days of purchase date. If the product is returned within 14 days of purchase date, after inspecting your item, we can issue a credit note or refund via Paypall to your original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the return for the refund/store credit procedure to conclude.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or style return the item for a credit note and purchase the new item separately.

Items marked as Sale are not eligible for return or refund.



Returned items must conform to our RETURNS POLICY:

Request for return must be communicated to PLANTATION Boutique within 7 days of purchase date. Your returned item must arrive at the boutique no later than 14 days of purchase date. After this time unfortunately PLANTATION Boutique will not be able to accept the order for refund. No exceptions.

We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 5-7 days of purchase date to ensure that it arrives at the boutique within 14 days.

Once your return has been received by PLANTATION Boutique and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you via Paypal to your original payment method.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original designer tags and security tags not removed. Additionally, footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided in an undamaged condition and inside a protective shipping box. Footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles. Footwear with marked soles will not be accepted for refund.

If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.

Please note that due to health and safety issues we do not accept returns, on lingerie, and swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed. 

Gift Cards or gifted items are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

Items deemed by PLANTATION Boutique to be non-resalable will not conform with our returns policy. 

REPEATED RETURNS

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and may at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.

If this applies to your account we will be in touch.



TRACK YOUR ORDER

When we ship the item, an SMS will be sent to you with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly from the couriers’ website.

SECURITY CHECKS

To protect our customers from fraudulent credit card use, all orders are subject to security screening and if any irregularities are found, the order may not be processed.

DELIVERY

Your parcel will be delivered to you at the place of delivery indicated by you. Courier agents will come in and try 3 times to deliver your order. If these 3 attempts prove to be unsuccessful, the courier agents will try and contact you by telephone or by mail. If you fail to reply within 48 hours, your order will be automatically returned to the sender.

Please note that PLANTATION Boutique has the authorization to charge 10% of the total value of the item; if the item has not been delivered.
